Technical Account Officer
CORE PURPOSE
Acts as the primary point of contact for the Managed Detect and Response pool, serving as a liaison between the clients and RRITSI’s internal technical teams. They collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to handle case escalation and ensure the successful implementation of MDR services. This position necessitates an Information Technology background, effective communication skills, and proficiency in project management.
OFFENSIVE SECURITY ANALYST
CORE PURPOSE
Responsible for the execution of services provided by the Red Team for its client particularly in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT). Responsible for identifying weaknesses or vulnerabilities on the target systems and communicating these risks to clients.
TD ANALYST
CORE PURPOSE
Responsible for monitoring, developing, implementing and maintaining detection rules to identify and respond to emerging security threats. The threat detection analyst will be responsible for ensuring that the detection rules remain effective and relevant to the environment.

CORE PURPOSE

IT Operations Engineer
CORE PURPOSE
Responsible for continuous management, administration, security, monitoring, and maintenance of the MDR operation offered by the Company to its clients. The team will also assist in continuous monitoring and administration of internal IT operations.
